- 10–12 slices sandwich bread
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, for cooking
- Powdered sugar, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and cranberry sauce until semi-incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Remove crusts from bread slices and flatten with a rolling pin.
- Spread 1-2 teaspoons of cranberry cream cheese mixture along one edge of each bread slice.
- Roll up the bread tightly around the filling.
- Melt butter in a pan and coat the rolls in the egg mixture.
- Place rolls seam side down in the pan, cooking 3-4 at a time.
- Turn rolls until all sides are browned. Repeat with remaining rolls.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
